We’ve bought tile laminate from Laminaat2go and we are very happy that it was a right choice. The employee who helped us with the order was very helpfull, understanding and took his time to listen to what we want. Eventually when we placed the tile laminate, it looked excactly like we had in mind and even better! We did had to go back to get more supply, he was very pleased that we came again. Very honest and nice emloyee.

Terrible installation
Ultimately not happy with the installation from Laminaat2go. Their workers were gross (unhygienic) and unprofessional, they did a horrible job of the flat plints that go around the corners and would not take any ownership to fix this, many planks are "bouncy" as well. Simply made zero effort to ensure we were actually happy, so would not recommend at all. You can find a better deal elsewhere.

Before we accept an installation service we informe our customers what they can expect from us and what we expect from our cutomers. This information we sent to your mail adres.
EMPTY WORKPLACE
The Workplace must be broom clean and free from (furniture) obstacles! UNFORTUNATELY the room was not EMPTY.
During the installation you where busy with moving.
What did we LEARN, We will not accept any more the installation service when customers are busy with moving. According Pictures our laminate putters did a good job.
What can you expect from us!
◦ Install the laminate in a professional way
◦ Install the plints in a professional way
◦ MDF Plints are sawn in mitred and mounted with mounting kit.(We do not kit the cracks between de
wall and the plint)
◦ We leave the workplace broom clean
◦ We collect the cutting waste of the laminate on a pile so that you can easily dispose it yourself
◦ We give you a warranty of 6 months for the installation. There is no guarantee on the installation of the
plakplints.
What do we expect from you!
◦ Workplace must be broom clean and free from (furniture) obstacles!
◦ For a good result, the floor has to be flat, dry, dust free and no damages or height differences.
◦ The workplace hase to be at room temperature! (20 ºC)
◦ You are responsible for giving the right sizes of the rooms where the floor needs to be laid!
PAY ATTENTION
Because of the technical limitation of the plakplinten they will let go in some places. We can not be held responsible for this!
