Terrible delivery with DPD
Ordered on the 15 Dec to the PACKET SHOP from their site because was not sure if DHL/DPD would even try to deliver it to me or as usual drop it off somewhere (only Amazon atm delivers into the hands all the rest..). Package has arrived to packet shop on the 17th of December:
"wir haben gute Nachrichten für Sie: DPD hat uns darüber informiert, dass Ihr Paket zur Abholung bereit liegt. Die Lieferung liegt im Paketshop (Informationen zum Abholort und -zeitpunkt bei DPD) zur Abholung bereit. Ihre Bestellung wird 7 Werktage bis Samstag, 27. Dezember gelagert."
Status on the 20th of December, when finally decided to pick up a package, i see that its not there anymore:

Amazing shipping. Either they have found a time machine that 7 WORKING days appeared to be just few days or..
Summary, better to use amazon. More reliable and no DPD.

The lights are good but customer service DOES NOT EXIST. They say delivered but not delivered at all and they font follow ip or help find the package
DOD says they are a difficult company to deal with. No wonder amaxon is taking the market

Never buy things here
Never buy things here! Very bad experience with returning damaged goods. Everything worked fine until I need to return. Waiting for ages and only Chaotic answer. Then finally they refused to refund although the lamp was sent back. I lost several hundred euros and completely pissed off by this company
