Supplied the bulbs I needed, expensive but previous bulbs had lasted 10 years so seemed worthwhile. However they quickly went faulty less than 10 months with very minimum use and company refused to replace. So not such a good price.

This is the second occasion I have purchased these bulbs from yourselves.

I ordered 2 led replacement flurecent tubes, I was sent only 1. I called the customer services twice leaving my details, and have not receiced a call back. WARNING do not use this company!

Quick of the Mark to answer my email regarding an old tube that had been sent to me in my order, clearly had been swapped in there stores.
having sent pictures and describing the said tube I was accused of mixing up my old tube and was treated as a con person. I replied that I had already disposed of the old tube so no confusion there and if they had sent 3 of the correct tubes I would have had them and not complained.
After my last email all communication stopped. they clearly have no faith in honest people and were happy to lose what was a happy customer.

Don’t buy from them, waited over 2 weeks and still nothing, first email i sent asking when will it arrive? Week after no response i sent second one when i told them either refund me or send me because i can’t deal with such a scammer companies, only then they replied to tell how rude i am when they force people wait 2 weeks no update. Avoid unless you like order things and be begging to receive them. Scammers.

I would give 0 if I could. Fuming as I paid for next day delivery on Thursday costing £18 for it not to turn up Friday, I call them and they said it should be here today (Saturday) which I have waiting for, then revive a message saying it won't be here till Monday. So I payed an extra £18 for no reason at all when it isn't turning up till 4 days later, not even sure its gonna turn up. Want refunding for delivery. Had to go with no light in my room now for days. Horrible service.

From ordering to delivery, everything was perfect,
one week after fitting the lamps ( 2 off ) into our display cabinet, one of them failed, decided it would be too much hassle to return failed lamp, I am now looking into fitting LED replacements.

Easy to find the led replacement lights from the website and buying those lights was an easy process. The lights were delivered very quickly and we were very happy that they look great. I will buy again.

If you run a valve amplifier, spare parts are becoming difficult to find. I needed a replacement 6.3v 10mm bayonet bulb for the power lamp on my Victory V30. It is NOT easy finding a good place to source these. My replacement lamp arrived quickly and is now installed with the amp up and running again. Yes, the postage is more expensive than the blub, but that's to be expected. If only the same company sold audiophile vacuum valves... Anyway, thanks!

I ordered the wrong lamp. After a quick phone call it was no problem to get them returned and order the correct one.

This company not very good with honesty when things go faulty.
Ordered led bulbs with 2 year warranty, when 2 bulbs not working within 9 months. I emailed customer service they replied saying budget range so no warranty. I stated paid good price for this bulbs, replied back saying again budget range.
So I found my original package of the bulbs stating 2 year warranty, so email with attached email with photo of 2 year warranty. Replied never apologising with his lies in first place. Now he wants me to return bulbs so can be replaced by manufacturer. Probably cost me more to return the bulbs. No wonder people use Amazon you don’t get all this hassle they would have either replaced or refunded.
Will not recommend using this company.

Got your reply after I had to convince you that it carries 2 years warranty. Probably cost me more to send back faulty bulbs than actually buying new better products from elsewhere?

The only company I could go find to supply “Daylight” light bulbs which give off a decent light and not the horrible yellow tint of other bulbs!

Order delivered quickly. But uv tube didnt work emailed general lamps messaged them no responce at all

Excellent service. Light bulb arrived in perfect condition (unlike from some other suppliers) as it was so well wrapped. Will be ordering more bulbs soon.
