After speaking a few times with Anthony about various details of the vehicle, I was looking forward to travelling 240 miles to purchase the car. Suspicions arose a day later when the car was removed from the website and also car gurus. I was eventually was contacted by another salesman to advise the car was no longer available. No reason was given for this. I asked to speak directly with Anthony who suprisingly wasn't available. CAVEAT EMPTOR...... BUYERS BEWARE, This company is advertising cars they do not posses. Go visit a reputable garage and not just rely on what they have on their website. View the vehicle in person or you may be strung along and disappointed like I was.

I financed my car through a third party and decided on Lanarkshire Car Sales, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with that decision. The level of service they provide is of an exceptionally high standard, and they genuinely go above and beyond for their customers.
I moved from a Peugeot 107 to a Vauxhall Crossland X, and while I was initially a little apprehensive about the change, the team took the time to provide clear, honest, and detailed information, which completely put me at ease. I purchased my car on 06/01/2026 and collected it on 10/01/2026. Since then, I have contacted Lanarkshire Car Sales not due to any issues with the vehicle(I love my new car) but simply for advice on ensuring I had the correct warranty in place but also for advice to ensure I take care of my pride and joy. Every time, they were helpful, patient, and professional, and never made me feel like I was a nuisance for asking questions.
Their customer care is second to none, and it’s clear they genuinely care about doing the right thing for their customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lanarkshire Car Sales to anyone looking for a trustworthy and supportive dealership.

Really disappointed after our experience of looking to buy an affordable car.
Not up front on additional costs and fees and couldn’t see where they went wrong after the deal broke down at payment stage.
They even passed the blame onto the broker who had sent me over to the garage to look at the car in the first place.
I was also told that I should have checked the small print on the website for the costs after I went over there personally.
Great advice in the end
I will in future.
