Second order from this excellent seafood provider. Ordering with them is so easy. Warren was extremely helpful in getting quite a big delivery to me on time. Fabulous quality of smoked salmon. Highly recommended. Much better than shop bought even beats M&S Waitrose etc. Chilled delivery excellent and fast. Amazing quality and value for money.

Very unsatisfactory. The shipment was supposed to arrive in 24 hours, but didn’t do so, the package arrived a day late. When I unpacked it some of the contents were at room temperature, so clearly the cooler bags enclosed within it were not adequate for a delayed delivery. We complained to the Port of Lancaster Smokehouse and initially the person on the phone promised my wife they would replace the product or refund the money. However someone else called us back later and said this was not the case and the products were safe to eat - despite their own labels saying the products should be cold to the touch when unpacked. So no refund or replacement has been provided. Needless to say I am not taking the risk of eating supposedly cooled food that was too warm when unpacked so doing business with this company has cost us £60. Very poor customer service and a waste of money.
