Unfortunately, I did not receive the mattress at my door and I searched for it for a few days until I realized that someone had taken it... because it was not sent to me and it had been left next to the trash can.... After receiving and using it, after 10 days, its quality did not fit well and it sank.... No matter what I messaged and talked about what happened and the quality of the product, you did not care and I am not satisfied with you, either for the delivery or the quality of the product.

After reading the reviews I thought this would be the perfect matress for me as I suffer with a bad back it has in fact made my back worse and I've been awake most nights had to go back to my old matress. Waste of money and unlike the other mattresses throught dormeo there's no sleep trial when I asked to return it.

Mattress is excellent as normal. Land of Beds service on the other hand not so good. There was no communication with myself and also said you could pick your date and time slot for delivery this was also a load of rubbish as I had to chase DX delivery service who still messed up my delivery luckily my neighbour took it in. After asking them multiple times to call me before delivery which it states anyway on there website. So absolute rubbish service from both. Luckily I have the mattress.
