We had originally tried the mattress in a tempur shop so we knew the firmness we wanted. We looked on line after reading the reviews from land of beds I phoned them. The lady was very helpful from the shop was in no rush to take the order and answer my questions. The price was competitive, we had good communication with land of beds and also the delivery firm and very happy with the mattress.
