Very efficient and hardworking team led by Paul. They did everything that they had planned and informed me about, but in only two days rather than the three which I believe had been expected. The quality of work was outstanding and they were very co-operative with me when needed. Altogether a very positive experience for me.

I wanted air conditioning installing in preparation for summer and received a quotation that pleasantly surprised me. The installation was scheduled within a week, the team turned up on time, were very friendly and polite, laid down protection for my carpets and got to work after discussing the installation ensuring I was getting what I wanted.
The work was done by lunchtime, I was walked through the use of the system while the rest of the team cleared up.
Very happy with the system that provides both air conditioning and heating if required.

Lee and his staff were speedy, clean and efficient. They were great at problem-solving working out how to find the best solution to installing a replacement boiler in our cranky 500-year old house when ir couldn't go in the same position as the old one. Highly recommended.

The work was carried out quickly and efficiently.
The team arrived on time at 7.30am and heat was on around 2pm with old boiler removed abd the new boiler installed in its new position.

Had a new boiler fitted by L&P Heating, initially I was going to use British Gas but I contacted L&P and they visited me straight away to view the job. They then said they can beat my British Gas quote which they did by £500. They also did a more thorough job as well, and installed a better Worcester Bosch boiler than what British Gas were going to fit. Everything went super smooth, job was done very professionally and I was then told how to use the boiler & remote thermostat before they left. They also gave me a follow up call to check if I was happy. I highly recommend L&P Heating, they've been excellent. I also get a longer guarantee than I would have had with British Gas.

Clear instructions given for payment options. The team of engineers were friendly and professional, covered, cleaned and cleared all packaging and old boiler taken away. All radiators checked and clear instructions were given on how to use before they left. Very happy with my new boiler and the service I received.
