Today, after being called to tell an approx time of arrival,
a heating engineer arrived to replace an old bathroom radiator .
The engineer was very polite and respectful, he left no mess and he took the old radiator with him. I would highly recommend this company for their very good and efficient service.

They were very professional with the installation making sure that every aspect was done to the latest regulations. They overcame physical problems which the new pipework had to be run and cleaned up as they progressed.

L&P Heating were on the phone to make an appointment just after my plumber told me my old boiler was broken and I would need a new one. They gave me a quote the same day and had the new boiler installed and working the day after they had received delivery of it. They weather was very cold and they had my house heated before the left.

A very good job carried out. Workmen were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Plastic sheets were installed onto our floor coverings to protect them. They arrived when we were told they would and did a fantastic job. Would not hesitate to recommend L&P heating Services Ltd.

L&P responded really quickly to our enquiry, gave a very professional assessment and quote and got the work completed in a very short time frame. We couldn't fault their customer service and we have a fantastic new boiler that works! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The team arrived promptly, assessing what was needed and prepared accordingly. Later all the walking areas were covered in protective film. The boiler and radiators were fitted quickly and tested to ensure everything was working well. Tidied everything away and left the house as they had found it. Excellent.

Amazing service from pricing, removal of old boiler and installation of new boiler it took 2 and a half days from start to finish, could not of asked for a quicker turnaround. They were very efficient, tidy and polite

Installation was quick and tidy by polite staff.
A new radiator needed and this was sourced quickly and installed on the same day even though problem only came to light on the morning of the install.
One item missed from worksheet on the initial day but fitters were back next day to resolve.
Had airlock in the evening and Lee talked me through the fix after work hours, solving the problem.

Within the stresses of a major house renovation project, L&P were a shining light of friendliness, courtesy and efficiency. They also stuck to their quote for replacing our old oil fired boiler with a more efficient Worcester Bosch model. We couldn't fault them - I would recommend them wholeheartedly!!

Amazing service quick and reliable

Excellent trustworthy installers as we were away and left the key for them. Nothing too much trouble. Advised us on the correct boiler output to use for our house which worked out cheaper than the one we originally thought would be right. Lee is very knowledgeable and have every confidence in his company. Thoroughly recommend them.

Lee (owner) called to request a visit the day before installation to look at the site of my existing boiler. Having surveyed the scene he informed me that I had ordered the wrong boiler and we duly discussed the alternatives.
He then submitted the paperwork and confirmed that installation would take place the following day.
His installers attended the next day. They were punctual, polite and set to work immediately. They both worked steadily and discussed with me the location of the new overflow pipe at the side of the house. At the end of the installation one of the installers went through the controls with me.
