Scam - Avoid

I feel very silly - I was in a rush and didn't take the time to check the legitimacy of this website. Do not buy your documents here. They should be £7 each when purchased from the government website and can be accessed immediately. I will be attempting to access a refund through my bank.

THIS WEBSITE IS A RIPOFF

THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM/RIPOFF. THE ACTUAL GOVERNMENT WEBSITE COSTS £14 FOR ALL THE DOCUMENTS YOU NEED BUT THESE PEOPLE CHARGE £49.95 FOR THE SAME DOCUMENTS AND DELIVER THEM A DAY LATER THAN THE OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT WEBSITE. UNLIKE ME, DO NOT BE DUPED.

Misleading Charlatans

This company is out to trick you! When you are under pressure to find information fast for a property auction and you are a little green they will take advantage of you! This was my situation. I did not realise they were not THE land registry and they charged me £50 and £70 for title documents available instantly for a few pounds from the legitimate Government website. I realised within minutes AND never received the information they were supposed to send me. I emailed them explaining they were obtaining money by deception and i wanted a refund. They did not even reply so i followed up with my bank who have provided a temporary refund which these charlatans have had the cheek to challenge! The bank have told me they are gappy to continue defending my case. These lot are definitely one to avoid and one for Martin Lewis to warn people about!
