I am a 45-year-old man with a clean license. I do have one claim from 2020, a 'Fault' but actually an unfortunate accident. My car is kept in a locked backyard overnight, but this crazy system refused to even give me a quote. And it looks like I'm not the only one.

OMG thought that LR should start doing…
OMG thought that LR should start doing insurance as other providers have raised quotes as people will stop buying they cars.
When i found they do insurance i thought i would see what their quote was.
My wife has had the car since new....2014...no convictions....no accidents...we live in a very safe area.
They declined to quote....seriously that shows that this name is just a scam and they don't insure anything

Complete fraud
Complete fraud! Waste of time and sold as an 'add on' that will save you £250 on any claims made. Advises you in their email and an online video guide, NOT to call your own insurance company but to only call them. Waited 2 days for a call back and after me chasing them they eventually told me I had to call my own insurance company and although I 'could' get my car repaired via Land rover and they'd cover the £250 towards my excess, that my insurance company would then charge me this or more, for NOT using them direct for repairs !!!????
So completely pointless. Sold as a gift and a way to entice you to buy when in fact its worthless
The customer service is non-existent into the bargain and when you do speak to someone , each is as ignorant and unhelpful as the next.
Never again!!!! AVOID and don't be fooled into thinking this is some lovely wee extra from Land Rover as a gesture.

Terrible experience.
Terrible experience.
So I thought I had Land Rover insurance but when my Range Rover was stolen, they bumped me off to THE WORST underwriters, Markerstudy, my car has been with them for 9 weeks and I’m still none the wiser as to when my car will be repaired! And Land Rover could not care less and have told me there is nothing they can do.

Having been an existing customer of this insurance company & Owned previous Range Rovers I have today been refused insurance on my new Range Rover Sport with no explanation other than it’s the car !!
So it seems Landrover insurance don’t insure all LandRovers FYI I have full noclaims a clean licence & am over fifty I live in a sleepy Hampshire village
