We had this company to block pave our drive. We'd seen their work that they had done for neighbours, and were impressed, as were the neighbours.
It is fair to say the labourers did a very good, professional job, and deserve a 4 star rating.
Unfortunately, they are let down by the person in charge - JB - who is proving to be untruthful.
We were promised the relevant paperwork - receipt of proof of payment, completion certificate and warranty, once we had paid.
Three months on, and we are STILL waiting.
E-mails /'phone calls to JB are either ignored, responded to with blatant lies or fobbed off.
We are not the only ones in this situation; several neighbours have confirmed they too are still awaiting their paperwork, after being told similar.
It appears therefore that he is not a man of his word, and is not interested in properly finishing off, once he has been paid.
I would say to anybody interested in, or approached by this company, to be wary. The labourers will do a very good job, that is not in dispute. However, I feel JB is not to be trusted, is not interested in customer care, and you will end up in a similar situation, with not a leg to stand on should problems occur down the line.
