I have been using they services for…
I have been using they services for years and never had a problem before.
Then I needed them again, after 10 days that I send my documents I was waiting for them to arrived by mail. Then I decided to call, I wasn’t sure if they had changed any policy because of COVID-19. After 4 calls a lady answered the phone. Then I explain to her that I was waiting for my documents, and I checked in their website and it showed done.
She started to scream at me saying that I should check for my emails, that it’s my fault that I didn’t receive the confirmation email... I told her that the only email that I had receive was to give them my feedback, my review... I found strange.. how could I give them my review without seen my translation.
And she just continues to scream at me, and I ask her to send me the email again. She complained, but she did, after 1 min she was “can you open your email”? , I had my email opened in front of me, and she continued to scream at me saying... see your email have a problem, you didn’t receive. So I told her, give a few minutes and I am going to receive. Then when I received, I told her, and ask her to calm down, and she hang up on my face. What kind of customer service is that? She is been working for them for years, but she can not treat people like that.
Another thing, when we send a document for them to translate most of the time we are in a hurry, they are fast and good, 24hs to translate, but if the customer had not return the confirmation email in 2 days, why they don’t send another one? Or why they don’t call?
Really bad customer service!

First of all, thank you for being a loyal customer to Language Oasis.
Second of all, we apologize if you felt our team member was screaming. She would never do that! All she was trying to say is that it was weird that you received one automated email and did not get the other 2 emails (automated one generated by the server) and the other manual one which was sent to you on Sept 30.
Maybe we should have double-checked again but since we already sent a manual one out of courtesy, knowing that an automated one, we did not think there was a need to send another one (many customers do not reply). If you logged in your account, and you saw your order was done on Sept 30, you could have downloaded the files.
We apologize once again, and we take pride in our excellent customer service.
And thank you for placing another order again!
