It's a pity you left this review before contacting us as we are more that happy to replace any garment that you may have an issue with. On rare occasions these things do happen but we are very keen that our customers are 100% happy with their purchase.

Please do use the returns form that you'll find on the bottom of your receipt to send the Gilet back and we will send you a replacement. Alternatively we can arrange for you to return the Gilet to our stand at the show and get your replacement there.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. I bought a top that showed a fault after wearing it twice and it was replaced without a quibble. Great communication and fabulous products.
