Looked sketchy at first, but it's legit and great service!
I have to admit this website looked dodgy to me at first, but after checking other Trustpilot reviews, decided to place my order here and I was not disappointed. Even though it's a very old-fashioned website and tracking system, the screen I ordered was professionally and very carefully packaged, tracking info was up-to-date and informative, delivery was seamless. I can't fault this company. Great service, great, products. Highly recommended for all your niche LCD screen needs.

24 month guarantee
Replacement screen was sent quickly and was well packaged. I was attracted to Laptop-lcd-screen.co.uk because they were offering a 24 month guarantee, rather than only 3 or 6 months.
I watched a lot of videos on YouTube to help work out how to remove the old screen and replace with the new. Unfortunately the video accompanying the the screen model (for Acer A515-44G-R3MU) on Laptop-lcd-screen.co.uk's website was not helpful as it showed a screen type that could be removed by unscrewing fixtures at the bottom. However, the order page did recommend purchasing a pair of elastic adhesive strips, which I bought, and which were correct for the the laptop model/screen.
Would purchase again from Laptop-lcd-screen.co.uk should the need arise.

After buying two screens elsewhere, this one actually worked. The screen arrived quickly, fitted perfectly and, most importantly, functioned. You get what you pay for! I won’t be buying cheap knock-off Chromebook screens again!

The glue strips are amazing, but could do with a warning not to remove the protective film too early and they are too sticky to forgive mistakes! :)

Delivery and protective packaging was excellent ie next day at midday as offered. The web site gave me assurance that it appears to be a UK based company and 2 year warranty service. ( I did check) . For the Acer laptop there were many price options on the internet from £30 plus so I went for £45. For the same Acer screen there were 2 definition options and several fitting options ie screws, twin stick tape and the magic white tac that defies logic and just pulls out. You can't just order a screen on the laptop model number you have access the rear of the screen to obtain the make/part number/securing method. ie dismantle it. Having done this when you buy your screen you may receive an offer of a discount for making a strip down video for the company. ( A bit annoying). I was happy with the image quality but I had not seen it before it was broken, ran the screen for 2 days and no pixel issues. The screen connection was not gold plated like the original and perhaps that's reflected in the price but does it need to be since the MS operating system will be out of date before the screen. Overall I'm more than happy with the service, screen quality and delivery but I think the company could include the Magic white tac tape in with screen as it's not something most gifted amateurs keep in the cupboard.
