The wrong colour chairs were delivered…
The wrong colour chairs were delivered and the chairs I had ordered were then out of stock. (Unfortunate as I loved the chairs! )
I called to request a return but the return was not booked in with the haulier on a day I had booked off from work. I had placed an order for different chairs (which are great) for the same day so expected delivery and pick up at the same time. Resulted in me having to have another day at home and live with a large box with 2 chairs sat in living room for 2 weeks. Product quality great, low score due to a couple of issues.

Great quality solid item very easy to assemble . Lovely to lie or sit on slightly narrower than expected but I’m happy with this purchase. I would certainly recommend add pillows and a nice blanket to set it off!!!

Excellent Service, Quick Delivery, Excellent Well Made Furniture. The set of tall boy drawers I ordered are solid wood, well made & the quality is excellent. All the fittings were carefully counted for, nothing missing. The instructions a little difficult, took ages to put it together, but have patience and you'll get a great result.
