Unethical Practices & Salary Withholding – Beware!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Largeton INC. (USA) & Largetech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (India). After working diligently from November 2022, I was granted permission to work remotely in March 2024 due to my wife’s illness. However, in April 2024, my salary for the days I worked was withheld, and my attempts to resume work in May were ignored.
Despite submitting my resignation in June 2024, the company refused to acknowledge it, leaving me in forced unemployment. Later, they re-employed me in July 2024 but abruptly terminated me in August 2024 without any notice, falsely backdating my termination. My August salary was never paid, and all my communication for rightful dues was ignored.
To date, over six months later, I have not received my pending salary or employment documents, causing severe financial loss and missed job opportunities due to negative feedback from this company. Their unethical and exploitative behavior makes them highly untrustworthy.
⚠️ I strongly advise job seekers to stay away from this company and for businesses to reconsider any partnerships.
