I was impressed with the work and outcome provided by Rui Pereira and his team. In a short amount of time he got me a non-collectible agreement which will allow me to save me tons of me from what I owe the IRS. They work professionally and efficiently conducting all communication with the IRS without the client having the get involved aside from providing the necessary paperwork. I got behind on paying my state and federal taxes when my business took a downturn about 10 years ago. I hired lawyers and other services over the years to no success. Larson after calling and hiring them in September 2021, resolved my tax issues by October 2021, in less than 60 days Maria with Larson Tax Relief addressed to my satisfaction my state and federal tax concerns. At a great price I might add.

I reached out to Larson in January 2021 for help resolving tax issues that mounted over many years. They were a good value compared too some of the attorneys I consulted, so I decided to give them a try. They were very professional and responsive helping me get my complex issues resolved. It took the better part of a year due to COVID and complexity, but I highly recommend them and plan to continue to use them to help manage my tax situation going forward.

I was blindsided with an IRS tax bill I did not expect. I did not have the money to write a check and make the problem just go away. The IRS is a powerful bureaucracy with the goal of collecting on a debt using any means possible to include a lien on our home. To share this debt kept me awake at night living with a foreboding feeling is an understatement. I contacted Larson and received my much needed help and guidance from Mr. Ben Hilsen. Ben immediately calmed my fears for he actively listened to my issue with compassion and offered a plan of action. My journey to resolve taxes came to Larson just prior to the pandemic with COVID-19 thus, experiencing delays with communication as with the rest of the world in resolving tasks with the IRS. As we continued our relationship my first real assessment was challenging with communication. It was not what was being conveyed moreover, it was how it was delivered and compared to. The communication left the situation on a defensive stance and feeling overwhelmed by the outcome versus resolution. Involvement with the IRS and resolution in itself is a daunting task. Fortunately, the lawyer representation viewed the challenges and referred to an alternate tactic for communication. The matter was paired with another associate and correspondence, goals, and resolution were met at every encounter. The ultimate of lessons were taught in seeking a great outcome. "It's not what you say, It's how you say it." Messages are impactful with IRS communication and one's financial future. The outcome with our representation ends with great satisfaction. I got a cold call from these folks one day asking if I needed help with my tax issues. At that time, I was looking for some help getting my issues resolved as I was not looking forward to the 4 hour hold times with the IRS. I was eventually connected with Steve where he explained what they do. There was no hard sell or infomercial style pitch but just that they are here to help which put me at ease and comfortable. Long story short, they helped me resolve my issues with the IRS at a dramatically lower charge and did a lot of the heavy lifting.

My issues took a couple of years to resolve but never in that time did I feel like I was being neglected and it even got to a point where I felt like I was bothering them. I always felt like they were actively working on my issue and while waiting for the IRS to respond (which takes a rediculous amount of time) they kept me updated or I reached out to them and got the update.

Steve & the rest of his team have tremendously helped me and lifted this huge burden off my shoulders and I can't give enough credit to them for their help. It was a pleasure working with them and I am glad to have been able to work with them.

Larson may have been good at one time but not anymore, I hired Larson a year ago to handle my IRS tax issue, my account has been passed to 3 different Larson employees in that year and I have had to resend all documents to the second person when case was passed, no progress has been made getting my past tax returns processed to prove I paid all owed taxes with the IRS, Larson has not been able to help that process and blames the IRS that they cannot contact anyone, now the third Larson employee handling my case has sent me new "Itemized Service Fee" for continued service. Larson has not performed agreed upon work or finished any of our initial agreement and is now asking for more money.....My question is to you Larson, why would I pay again for services you failed to render in the first place?
**Update: Ron Larson himself called me to discuss my case, he is taking a active interest in working with me to resolve this matter and I appreciate him contacting me and his willingness to help work through this, I will be changing my review at this time pending a final update once resolved.
