Poor service. I didn’t like it all, cannot recommend this service to anyone. It’s a shame.

The worst company I have ever ordered from. I ordered about $120 dollars of clothes. They arrived and none of them looked as pictured on their website. When I asked to return them, they refused. They said I had to pay for the shipping which I did. It’s been almost 2 months and they will not accept the order
From the post office or accept my return. So now I’m out the $120 I spent plus the $60 I spent in shopping the clothes back to them!!!

Both of the items I ordered (sweater sets) are completely different than the pictures and description. The material is completely different and is terrible quality. Both sets are completely unwearable and honestly, downright embarassing. This is the worst scam I’ve ever seen. I can't get over how poor the quality is.

Seller did nothing and PayPal did not follow through with buyer protection. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

HORRIBLE COMPANY! Do not order from them. I wish these reviews had been here before I ordered. Quality is terrible and trying to return things is a joke. I was originally offered $8 for a $45 item and bargained with them to get it up to at least half the original cost for a refund. I mean that says it all right there, what kind of company bargains with customers about a return. One item was never shipped to me and they said they would try to do better next time (believe me there will never be a next time from me!) I hope they get shut down soon.

Complete scam. Horrible product quality (as others have noted, they steal celeb images and attempt to replicate with cheap fabric). Returns / customer service is a joke. I was offered a $5 refund for $86 order - not worth paying shipping to Dubai. I filed a dispute with Capital One, hoping they can settle. Has anyone had luck reporting Lartar? It looks like their IG page is no longer available.

As many other reviews have stated, I too ordered clothing well before Christmas as a gift, It has still not arrived (03/02/2020) with no explanation from customer services. (In fact no reply at all). I am currently waiting for PayPal to resolve this dispute. The company is utterly shambolic. Avoid this company. I can't imagine they will be trading much longer after witnessing how they operate.

DO NOT buy from this site. The clothes took a moth and a half to arrive and when they did, all I could do was laugh. It's seriously a joke. One set was literally made out of the same material that cheep fleece blankets are made out of and the other was completely warped looking. Not to mention how ridiculously short the pants were. The site CLAIMS to have an easy return policy, but when I asked for a refund, they basically told me to have a nice day and that they would improve. I am going to make sure this review makes it all over the internet so that people don't make the same mistake I did.

We paid extra shipping to get these pajamas before Christmas; and they came January 1. Then when we tried them on they were see thru, capri length and paper thin material. I am so disappointed and frustrated. Definitely from China without any oversee.

This site is a scam. They claim to be a registered US company, but definitely are not. I ordered over $200 worth of merchandise and it took forever ship, never got to me, and the "customer service rep" I emailed ignored my frequent requests for a refund throughout the entire process. I've already reported them to the BBB and the FTC.

Wish I could give no stars!

This has been the WORST experience. The clothes took weeks to get to me and only half the order arrived with clothes that look similar to the website photos but made SO CHEAPLY. The clothes look like costumes. Do not shop here! They steal their model photos from legitimate store websites. Buyer beware...

I got a few sponsored posts from Lartar on Instagram then checked the website and liked all the styles which had decent reviews. I wish these Trustpilot reviews were posted at the time I ordered because they are all accurate. Lartar is a total scam, they clearly use celebrity and Instagram photos to falsely advertise products they don't have. When I finally received my order the two-piece sets were not even close to the styles and materials they mentioned and pictured, they were supposed to be sweatpant like and were completely sheer and see-through. Fighting for a return because this is false advertising.

Placed on order on 12/6 and the company has not been able to provide any information on the status of my order. They went as far as to state - "We can only give you the order number to check the logistics status, but we have no way to guarantee the delivery date. Because sometimes logistics and transportation can be a little bit of a problem."

Also just noticed they updated their instagram to a new business name... TOTAL SCAM - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I wish I can give negative stars. This company uses pictures from other sites and sends products that are COMPLETELY different then say they only refund for quality issues. The products you receive will be cheap and nothing like the pictures they show. They are refusing to give me a return slip for a refund. I will never ever buy another thing from them.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. The product I revived was not even close to the product description. I contacted their customer serves hoping one the see a photo of what they sen me I was sure they wore going to replays it. NO, they did not and won't even give me my money! Don't BUY anything from this company they are a scam.

What they show on the site and what you actually receive is COMPLETELY different. I ordered a heavy sweater knit set and what arrived was a t-shirt fabric XS set that wasn't even the same color. When i asked for a refund they were like "No we only refund if it's a quality issue". Scam of a company and the absolute worst quality I have ever seen. DO NOT ORDER from here!

We paid extra for shipping and have not received any information nor emails regarding our order. Starting to believe this is a scam of a company unfortunately.
