ordered a printer cartridge. no communication i had to chase this matter up a number of times before a guy called Toby got back to me who was helpful. He told me i have had my money refunded, no explanation as to why. It was only refunded after i had had to go out of my way to find out what was happening about my order. Overall not a good experience. They have gone in to my 'steer clear' book!
Ordered a printer, all nice and easy, should have been delivered in two working days, on 3rd now, with no sign or tracking of it. A day later i ordered toners, and they arrived next day. Bad Service, no communication.
