I should’ve read the reviews. Website states shipping within 2-3 days. Doesn’t happen. Emailed after 5 days and got no response. Emailed again yesterday and still waiting. These were for school prizes so a lot of disappointed kids just before Christmas. Run, don’t walk (away)!

Website promises that orders are dispatched next working day, but they are not. A parcel with Royal mail Tracked 48 doesn't take 2 weeks to arrive! Unless you mark
them as dispatched on their system and l ship them on a future date!! Also, no dispatch email was received with tracking!
I've called numerous times and after two days of trying to reach someone about my order, an incredibly rude boy answered, not even letting me explain why I've called 30+ times.
I was just told to email but again super
unprofessional answer. I was told to email again if my oder doesn't arrive the following Monday (as the email was from friday). Well, the parcel still didn't arrive and an email was sent to them but no answer.
The parcel was finally delivered today but too late,I am out of the country and the order was needed to be with me.

I placed an order more than 1 month ago, and haven't received it yet (although on the website, it says 6 days delivery).
I got an order confirmation email right after placing the order, saying "we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when your order has been dispatched and on its way!". Heard nothing back ever since, I tried to contact them via email, Facebook, Instagram, and nothing. It seems scam.
