I’ve never used anything that actually works this well. Within just a few days, I could already see tiny baby lashes coming through. I was genuinely surprised by how quickly I noticed a difference. My lashes look fuller, healthier, and longer, and I’m excited to see the results after using it for longer. Highly recommend! 💕

It doesn’t hurt the eyes, the lashes doesn’t grow back to its original size when you stop using it. My lashes became longer and thicker and much more healthy. It didn’t take that long to deliver, only about 1-2 weeks.

Believe everything you see. Their products are amazing and they actually work but it will work for anyone if you actually get your order. I have been waiting for my order for months and it’s supposed to take 5-10 business days. I keep asking for a refund and I have not received any either. Their AL agent is also really bad and doesn’t help you with anything other than wasting your time.

(Update down below) Unfortunately, my experience with Lash by Maya was very disappointing.

I never received my order, despite placing an order for one of the company's most expensive products. Throughout the process, I struggled to get clear information about what had happened to my shipment.

Customer service informed me that there had been a logistical issue out of their control, but I was never given a clear explanation of what that meant or excatly why my order was not delivered. I was later told that my order would be re-shipped, but I did not receive reliable confirmation, tracking information, or clear updates that gave me confidence this was actually happening.

Communication with customer service was confusing and often did not directly address my questions. At times, the responses felt automated, which made it difficult to resolve the issue efficiently. I cannot confirm whether AI was used, but that was the impression I was left with due to the nature of the replies.

Overall, I felt that my concerns were not handled with the level of care I expected, especially considering the value of my purchase. I am disappointed by both the lack of communication and the way this situation has been managed.

I hope the company improves its customer service and communication so that other customers have a better experience than I did.

UPDATE 15 July 2026: I’m pleased to share that I have now received the reshipment of my order.
While the process took significantly longer than expected and there were some communication challenges along the way, I appreciate that Lash by Maya ultimately took action to resolve the issue and resend the product.

My main concern throughout the experience was the lack of clear updates regarding the status of my original order and the reshipment. More proactive and concrete communication (e.g. by giving the tracking number of the reshipment, sending a screenshot of the reshipment tracking etc.) would have provided greater reassurance and confidence during the process.

That said, I am grateful that the matter has now been resolved and that I have finally received the product. I hope the company continues to improve its customer communication and order tracking, as I believe this would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.

I ordered a lash serum for three weeks ago, and it has not been sent yet. Thats very bad servie. It is no update on it either

Absolutely unacceptable. My package still hasn't arrived, and they completely ignore my messages. I've tried contacting them multiple times and received no response at all. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. If you care about actually receiving your order or getting support when something goes wrong, don't order from this store.

Premium delivery was the only delivery available at £5. Ordered seven working days before a birthday and expected it to be delivered. A lie. No gift arrived, and no human was available to speak with me, just an AI, which had no answers.

I love this serum, my lashes grew like crazy without any side effects. Everyone around me noticed a drastic change after a few months and I keep getting asked if I’m wearing extensions 😍

Its been two weeks since I placed my order and it has still not arrived to my daughter in the US. Also there are no automated shipping updates to keep me informed. It feels like I placed my order and then am left on my own. It’s not a good buyer experience. My suggestion is to help the customer feel incremental progress as the shipping moves from place to place. It builds anticipation and excitement and helps the customer plan for the arrival window.

I like the product a lot, and the delivery was amazing.

I am extremely disappointed with how this brand handles its commitments. There is a complete lack of transparency regarding account balances and technical support. I’ve reached out multiple times to resolve pending issues, but they simply ghost you once the work is done. If they can't honor their own terms and conditions, they shouldn't be in business. High-end marketing, but zero-level ethics. Avoid them.

Several days trying to talk to them, trying to contact them, without any response, pay their debts to their affiliates in Goaffpro.
