So I ordered my lash serum, like over a month ago, and it has still not come. Ive been writing to the company, but it just says my messages does not go through. Then I wrote to them on the actual website (and guess what?- no response). When I look at the shipping, it says my package has been RETUREND to China?!.
I feel like it's a total scam, which makes me a bit disappointed, because I was so exited for my lash serum- so I really hope that, they either send my lash serum soon or just refund my money, because I spend well over like 250 DKK to buy this lash serum.

It took a while, and the product's effectiveness isn't as advertised on Instagram.

I am sorry but the serum was bad for my lashes, at first I used it my lashes were constantly falling , I kept using it hoping it will stop, yet No, everyday I wake up to fallen lashes , even the small lashes would fall , and it did not add any length or thickness to my lashes , I wish I get a refund because I bought many bottles I had faith in this serum but turns it is bad for my eyes

I think it made a big difference, it does take time to see results but after a few weeks I love the results I’ve gotten.

Delivery very slow, product doesn't works.

This product worked great for me!! I just bought my second lash serum. Other reviews were right that you need to be patient but consistency is key and you can see a difference in a couple of weeks, the product is great and grew my lashes and I love them! The business was very helpful in communication with me aswell as I did get confused about a few things, they were very kind and helpful, definitely recommend!!

Because the first time I ordered a serum, it arrived quickly. On 25/9/2025, I ordered 2 serums and they have not arrived yet. It has been 29 days and I have not received anything. You were very late in delivering the shipment.

I have been using it every night and morning for 1 month nearly and there’s no change not difference I still have no lashes I’m definitely thinking this was not a good purchase in my own opinion just not for me.

I was always putting mascara everyday and after my lashes start falling i tried a lot of lashes serume but it's irrited my eyes but then i discovered lashes by maya and my lashes start growing and i've love it

I ordered an eyelash serum from Lash by Maya after hearing good things about it. Before ordering, I was told that the product was not sourced or shipped from China. However, my tracking clearly showed “Mainland China” as the shipment origin. When I asked the company about this, they insisted it was not from China, which directly contradicts what the tracking shows.

My friend, who recommended the serum, had an allergic reaction after using it for two weeks. Because of that, I asked to cancel my order and get a refund. At first they replied politely, but then they stopped responding completely, even after several follow-up emails.

It is very concerning to see this lack of transparency and customer service. I no longer trust the brand or their claims about product safety or origin.

I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering. If you do, make sure to pay with PayPal or another secure method, because getting honest answers or proper support from this company has been almost impossible.

So this is the 2nd review I've ever written, and bizarrely the both have to do with "cosmetics".

My daughters talked me into this product because it had such good reviews. I typically research all online businesses because of our last issue. This one I didn't. After a few days I tracked our products and found out they were coming from China. Based on the website I thought it was a small woman owned business. However, I just started doing some basic research because we are now 10 days out and our product has not arrived. What I found is that this it is not a local business, and possibly not even owned by "Carla" as the website states. On the legal page on the website I found the following: Lash by Maya shop is managed by:

GB TRADEPLUS LLC, a company headquartered at 1704 Llano St, Ste B-1311, Santa Fe, NM 87505, United States.

This is a shell company managed by a shell company that has over 432 other companies listed to the same address. So buyer beware.

Even if the product works as advertised, which based on the reviews I have now seen on here and other review sites, I have serious doubts. We will not purchase again.

Delay delivery with the shipment, I have been waiting the arrived for two months
