Advertising wine not available and failing to identify rating though seller has rating on its website. Complaint to Lasoo not acted on - I asked on the same day for the alternative year wine I ordered to be cancelled before the order was activated - ignored and the wine order continued - eventually delivered. Lasoo demonstrated very poor customer protection or support - very poor monitoring of providers descriptions.

A part of the order wasn’t available but there was quick communication for either a refund or substitute. I was happy to choose a substitute and the order was received pretty quickly afterwards. I’ll be happy to shop again and recommend to others.
