I booked flights to Dubai and the flight was canceled due to the war. Months have passed, and this company simply refuses to refund my money.
There is absolutely no human customer service, no one to talk to, and only an automated bot that gives zero answers. Shocking behavior that is forcing us to take legal action just to get our money back. Stay away!

Very disapointed from last minute,i always using it before a side with booking.com and the prices was fair you can actrually save some money. However when i try to book this year the prices are skyrocketing, booking hotel + flights was around 1200 euros more expensive compare with doing it separateley.
I book hotel+flights+baggage+insurance+rent a car+airport parking all together around 1200 cheaper.
And that was everywhere booking ,kayak whenever you try ,those companies get so greedy no point to use them anymore.

Impossible to talk to an agent
Although I got the answer I needed eventually it was impossible to get to an agent on the phone. Spent 35 minutes repeatedly going through options and eventually gave up. Got my answer on the online chat but still had to wait 20 minutes to talk to a chat agent who could help. Wont use Lastminute again - to much hassle.

Buy your holidays elsewhere, less pain in your back
Flights cancelled ,took over a month to sort a new flight. I bought extra Parking with was cancelled day before trip, i needed to chase a transfer from airport to hotel and back (disaster). Cabin luggage was included one way only (even i paid for all in and out) so i needed to pay my self. And Lastminuteholiday help agents refusing to help ( do what ever you want)
