In my case, have placed an order in April, the only communication was that they were expecting to receive the items and that I should expect a some delay.
Well, apparently their resupply haven't been done yet, I suppose because they didn't answer to any off the emails I sent.

I ordered an expensive item from this website and at first all seemed well. The seller informed me that the article was not in stock at the moment but that I had the option to wait a bit more or to get a refund to the credit card or as credit in the store. I decided to wait.

This is when things started to go downhill. I asked later for more information on the product availability but got no reply. I tried email, phone, whatsapp message and called many, many, MANY times, but no reply!! Once, at last, by miracle, got someone on the phone, explained my situation, and they said that they were going to check. I did get an email from them explaining that the article was indeed still not available and that I could get a refund if I wished. I replied that I wanted the refund, but again no reply and no refund!!

Again I tried many, many, MANY times to contact them again by phone, email and whatsapp but nothing!! Phone always went to answering machine, no reply or call answering on whatsapp, and NO email replies!! Incredible! No money back nor the product sent to me and it has been more than 3 months since I ordered!

Terrible business and experience. Avoid at all costs!!

I later read other reviews with similar experiences here at trustpilot. So Beware! Effectively stealing! They even had a widget with trustpilot reviews on their website but they have removed it now, surely due to the bad reviews!
