This is a scam platform people don't invest your money further with them they are rude with you when you contact them over problems they are struggling over a month now with there platform always a technical problem other platforms are up and going within an hour bud this platform struggle for over a month something fhissy is going on on this platform

Why is there no benefit in reporting the problem? The Latoken team takes almost a month to solve a common issue that other exchangers take some time to solve. But if you contact them day after day, they say something and work is being done but nothing is solved

There is no other word to express my disappointment. I have been constantly experiencing bad experiences from this team. It is best to move away from them. Their current team has no sense of conscience. They are very skilled at harassment

If there was a Nobel Prize for harassment, the Latoken team would be the first to receive it. They are unprofessional, irresponsible, and very bad.

Where there used to be 8/9 Airdops and 3/4 Trade competitions per week, there has been no trade competition for about 5 and a half months. Airdops are one to two per week, which is also very low quality. Despite constantly reporting this issue to the team, they did not give it any importance. It has been said that work is being done but no work is being done

Scam. absurd withdrawal fee. slow confirmation. low liquidity. bad interface. laggy website.

They scam you with very very high fees.
$10 USDT withdrawal attracts a $3USDT fee.
Their fees are the highest i have seen in the crypto space with 0.49% on every exchange you make. Ridiculous!

Latoken exchange service is awful Everything is delayed in Latoken. There is no exact time to do things and the support team just repeats annoying messages like a robot in response to users.

Update March 28: The issues with this exchange persist even after 22 days, and nothing has been resolved. All of their announcements claiming the platform is functioning properly are completely false. Furthermore, no timeline for fixing the problem has been provided, and the **Latoken** team continues to deceive and mislead us.

42% commission on a token ? yes, how about other fees ? great question ! Example: you deposit 10 USD worth of crypto, trade it with 42% commision to USDT, withdraw fee = 3 USDT soo you're getting around 1,4 USDT back
they're basically thieves...

Deposit went missing, but after Some support and investigation on their side it came back.
Good help and a happy end

This review follows the first review I left on Latoken in January, to complement it. The situation with Latoken is getting worse and worse.

First, they tried to intimidate me by threatening to drag me to court if I did not remove my reviews and comments on X and TrustPilot. They even contacted TrustPilot to have my first review deleted, claiming that I had no connection with them. Of course, I was able to prove to TrustPilot that Latoken were liars, and my review was republished.

Also, 15 days ago, my account manager told me that from now on, the CEO and CTO of Latoken would be handling my case. In 15 days, nothing has happened, and no information has been provided to me other than that. Either it's another lie, or the directors of Latoken don't care about the issues their platform has created for my project.

Even worse, on X, they accuse us and demand that we refund their mistake, while our account manager assured us that the AIDP tokens of their clients were safe on their platform. Latoken's official support also tells users that their AIDP tokens are safe on their platform.
Let me remind you, Latoken emptied the wallets they managed for their users to benefit the hackers of their platform.

To top it off, yesterday, my account manager completely left the official discussion group we had, informing me that a new account manager would take over. Of course, I haven’t had any contact or received any information.

The situation is even more deplorable, the management of this case is pathetic, and the entire Latoken team shows how much they disdain their clients and users.

Latoken is really a platform to avoid if you don’t want to lose anything.

I have not been able to withdraw AIDP coins since 30.12.2024. Latoken closed trading, withdrawals and investments without informing on Twitter or Telegram. There was a hacker attack on the Latoken exchange. They stole AIDP coins from innocent investors. Since that day, Latoken has not been opening withdrawals. There is no news from the Latoken exchange that will compensate for our losses. I have been writing to the contact for 33 days asking when the withdrawals will be opened. The answer they gave me is that the technical team is interested. It will be resolved soon. Open the withdrawals as soon as possible. Pay compensation for our losses.

The entire process was simple and when ever I had an issue La’s customer service reps took care of it. I hope in the future we will be able to buy and sell on this platform once again in the US.

Do not under any circumstances contact this exchange of scammers and thieves. They simply stole about 18 million AIDP tokens and scammed many users. Before this, the FONE project suffered the same fate. I lost about 440,000 AIDP here. Stay away from this scam.They delete all negative comments on their channel and then block them. This is the solution to problems.

Lack of professionalism and security on its platform. On many occasions they violate safety regulations and expose their customers and users.

I don't recommend it.

You guys are awesome. You’re very helpful. Even there were restrictions trading crypto on the exchange, you still helped me withdraw my coins, took your time to submit my request to your technical support team, and helped me withdraw my coins. Thank you.
