Beware and stay away from this shop

Beware and stay away from this shop. I ordered a computer sleeve in April. I never received it because it got lost in transit. The La Troika store still refuses to give me a refund, saying they have to get the item in return before they can. Seriously?!The customer is held financially responsible for a product they never delivered. Complete nonsens.
