Quick delivery

Received the order on Jan.6 (ordered Dec. 30) so very quickly. I ordered the size that I usually wear but it is a little shorter than my other Pajar boots. Returning it was very easy. Jerome was very helpful. I ordered a larger size Pajar and they gave me the sale price. Thanks.

Worst customer service I have experienced.

Purchased a fly line they sent me a different line than was listed on their website and told me it was non-refundable? The line is still in original packaging never used and I contacted them two days after receiving it and they will not help me at all? I have never had an experience where the store sent the wrong product and refuses to correct their mistake. This is supposed to be a family owned Canadian company so I was very surprised that there customer service is this bad when trying to sell to Canadians. It looks like I am not the first and looks like I won't be the last to experience this kind of service after reading past reviews. Unless they correct their mistake I cannot recommend purchasing anything from Latulippe and I will not do business with a company that refuses to support their customers.

Very poor customer service

OrderEd a pair of Olukai sandals. Received one shoe in size 9 and the other shoe in size 7. It was so obvious when I took them from the box that they were a mismatched pair. Are their staff really that stupid? Well, attempts to contact them sends you in frustrating circles. They demand photos of the mistake. Still awaiting a return label so I can mail them back. They refuse to pay the return postage until they get the package back and make sure I'm not lying about the mismatched pair. My advice? Do NOT under any circumstances order from this company. A giant headache!

I was a little wary too reading the…

I was a little wary too reading the reviews but I ordered some slippers. I received the slippers quickly but they were too small. My return went very smoothly, I did have to pay return shipping but that is understandable. I got my money back very quickly. That was my experience.

Don't get your package stolen!

I am very disappointed with my experience with Latulippe. I purchased a pair of shoes, and Intelcom delivered them, stating that if I wasn't home, they would leave the package in a secure location or return the next day. Unfortunately, the package was simply left on my front porch and was stolen.

When I reached out to Latulippe, they denied any responsibility and refused to reimburse or replace my order. I expected better customer service, especially in situations like this. I will not be shopping there again. You've been warned, they are not responsible if you get your order or not and don't care.

I bought a crossbow and I was asking…

I bought a crossbow and I was asking for help how to cock the crossbow properly. I couldn't put the string proplerly and until now. I can NOT use my crossbow and I did NOT received any help from the store staff.
You should think twice, when yo buy stuff here, in case you need help to assembly your product.

NO SO FREE FREIGHT.

Bought a soft rifle case and some small MTM boxes. Was 98.00 cdn and and none of it had surcharges. ADVERTISED free shipping on orders over 49.00. They later messaged me back and said the shipping was 67.00 and I'd have to pay half...what??? FREE freight is the same in both languages. What a joke.

Don't buy anything online ...

I bought a safty shoes and they said it will be sent to you in 3 to 5 working days. After three days they sent email me that the shoe you bought is not available due to a system fault and we will deposit the money to your account after 5 days. I was very upset while waiting for those shoes and I told them to give me another offer on another shoes so that I could buy another shoes and they said we could not do that. And after 7 days they didn't back my money yet. That's bad customer service. I really don't recommend this company
