TOO MANY RED FLAGS

Very disappointing, because their systems don't work, and the management are wholly unco-operative.
1. They wouldn't take my order unless I opened an account. That's intrusive - you shouldn't need an account for a one-time service wash. They should take orders without requiring you to have an account.
2. Because my email address doesn't end in .co.uk, they said it was invalid. That's out of order - lots of people have email addresses that don't end in .co.uk. They need to change that.
3. They only take cash, but their receipt doesn't say that. You have to remember to take cash when you pick up your stuff. They should say that on the receipt, or better still accept cash.
4. Their printed receipt (for collecting the washed laundry) shows the wrong clock time, the wrong day of the week and the wrong date. That's asking for trouble. They should get their system to print the right details on their receipt.

They really need to carry out a substantial review of their data-handling systems, so that the system prints the correct data and therefore treats customers with respect.

The chaotic nature of the business also suggests that a look at their accounts would be worthwhile, which can be retrieved using their SC identifier. Every business operating in Scotland has an SC identifier, but theirs is not on their website. It would give them more credibility if they showed it there.

In summary, there are so many things wrong with this business that I very much regret using them this time, and I won't use them again.
