Arrived 3 days after ordering online, great service. Product is an excellent fit and looks lovely.

Easy to order and quick delivery, my only concern was the lack of packaging... black cling wrap for this item wasn't sufficient to keep it from damaging through to delivery.

Very good product, if you’re are a short person the post requires shortening by moving up roll pin and cutting the required length off bottom support post. This line wasn’t designed for people about 5’ 3 to 5’ 4 but other than that found it brilliant.

I have had a very bad experience with this company. I ordered a washing line 4 weeks ago with next day delivery. The money was taken from my account despite the product in fact being unavailable and despite 4 email requests has not been refunded !!!

My Leifheit airer was delivered quickly (next day after dispatch I think!) and I am very pleased with it. It's big and sturdy and just what I need for drying large towels and bedding. I may use it outside on warm days as I think even in a breeze it will hold steady.

It was also an excellent price compared to some other retailers. Thank you Laundry Company!

My order was delivered much quicker than I thought it would take, it was securely wrapped to avoid damage and ordering was quick and easy and prices competitive. I would certainly buy from this company again and recommend them.

Twenty six years ago I bought my first Hills rotary clothes line. Both my boys played rugby, my parents lived in the granny annexe and I was a nurse constantly needing clean uniforms. Never Twenty six years ago I bought my first Hills rotary line. Been used during my sons rugby days training twice a week game on Saturday plus higher level training in between. Grandparents in granny annexe and me as a nurse constantly in need of clean uniforms. Did the line leave me down? not even at the end. I couldn’t raise it up and down but it still dried my clothes until my husband decided to dismantle it. How pleased was I that Hills still made my line. Ordered it but forgot to order the sleeve. Phoned them spoke to a lovely young lady and the sleeve was delivered following day. Marvellous service from start to end. Strongly recommend the item and the service.

I ordered a double bin - for rubbish and recycling, and it is exactly what I wanted. Two 30L bins, side by side. I also ordered a Leifheit rotary line - we are a family of 5 and have lots and lots of washing - I wanted something big that would fit all the washing in one go. It is brilliant - it folds up so easily which is not a feature I knew even existed before I got this. The order arrived in two parts due to the rotary line being so long and needing a specific courier. They arrived next day and the day after which I thought was brilliant. In addition, the Laundry company were significantly cheaper than other high street retailers - I would definitely recommend them, and will use them again if I need anything else.

Delivered not on the Saturday as requested as I had paid extra for this service and had to wait until Monday to speak to customer service who said they would refund this money and delivery was not until the Tuesday. No invoice received either.

Excellent product and service. Quick delivery. Would highly recommend.

Had an email to say that the item was out of stock even though their website said it was in stock.
However I did receive the item very promptly.

Brilliant, I love this airer, it fits neatly above my radiators so clothes dry really quickly, folds away nicely when not in use, will Deffo be buying a couple more for other rooms.

Very efficient ordering service. Good communications and prompt despatch (despite COVID-19). This is the place to come to for replacement Keter covers. The covers do not attach in the same way as the originals, but the drawstring approach works well despite my initial reservation as I was attaching it to the board. Never imagined I would pay this much for an ironing board cover, but given the fact it fits so well and how long it took to source, it is money well spent. I bought two so I have a spare whilst washing the other one.
