Absolutely horrible company. Per other reviews, no one answers from customer service. I've left several messages over the phone and via email due to my package not being delivered even though it's marked as delivered. I have requested for them to reship the items I paid for but again, no response. I've had to contact my credit card company for a refund. Stay away... awful company!!!

Company does not respond to messages telling them their product has not been delivered. In my case, the problem was FedEx, but they referred me to the shipper for resolution. I emailed Lavanila four times, and never got a reply. I have sought return of my payment through my credit card. Good product, but unreliable company. Better to buy through Amazon.
Very slow, not respond, no perfume after 1 month of waiting. I made an order for my daughter’s birthday of $150. We ordered it on May 19 of 2024. It is currently June 18 and I have not seen any of our purchase. I have called the company two times and cannot seem to get any results.
Natural and healthy vanilla based products. What's not to love? Their deodorant is the best and works well for me. They have a wide range of scents to choose from. I have also tried their petite perfume (5ml) rollies and liked them all.
