SCAM. Do not use. Order placed 11 May. No plants delivered. Useless standard response to my first email. No response to any follow up email including one asking for a refund. No phone number on website but one found via Google. No answer.
Clearly lots of others been duped this company.

Very satisfied with the service received. Arrived on time and no damage, great packaging!

Received some good looking vine plants. Now to go and plant!

On 4th May 2023 I spent £280 with Lavender World. Four weeks later the lavender has not been delivered. Their website talks of peak season delays. I therefore waited a couple of weeks. I sent four emails politely asking for delivery dates. They responded with either pro-forma replies setting unrelated delivery schedules or no reply at all. I have now requested a full refund and am again awaiting a response. Sadly it looks as though this will need to be referred to my Credit Card Company. Please, do not risk your money with this company.

I have bought from lavenderworld for a number of years now. The lavenders and herbs received have always been good quality

Absolute disgrace of a company. I ordered some lavender nearly a month a go and it still hasn't arrived. They initially respond to e-mails regarding delivery with a copy and paste e-mail off their website and then when you start to ask further questions, they just ignore you.

If you order from this company, you do so at your own risk. I am now in contact with my credit card provider to reclaim the money.

I order 24 plants on 27 March and it's now 30th May and I'm still waiting delivery. Despite a response from their customer service saying that all orders are being shipped, I've yet to receive a definitive response to when the plants will actually arrive. Very poor!

I ordered some hidcote lavenders for a cottage garden. Plants were nicely packaged and look good

I get regular emails from lavender world about any offers or plants on sale. I had been wanting to buy strawberry plants and when they came on sale, I placed an order on 30th April.
The 6 plants arrived today (22nd May) in perfect condition. They were packed well and didn't have any damage.
I was a bit worried since there were no updates on emails but noticed that the website does update about orders and when they would be dispatched.
I am happy with my purchase and will suggest that people follow the updates on the website - the plants are posted out properly without any issues.

Don't bother ordering plants - they don't arrive. Better off burning your money - it's less frustrating. Hopeless company.

Had to change order as had ordered too many for what I needed. Sorted swiftly

Issue with courier company not delivering was sorted quickly with replacements sent out the following day. Happy to report they have arrived and are already in the garden.

Such Poor Communication
To be fair I have always received a very prompt response to my now 4 mails, but alas the answers are cut and paste responses from their web site.
Not once have they responded definitively as to when my order will arrive, and twice they have provided a week time frame that has now passed.
Shame really as this is a super fail on the easy stuff.

Plants look nice and healthy. Delivered in good time and good packaging

Ordered plants on 27th April on the back of a discount voucher to entice buyers. Still waiting, very little communication. Shocking service. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Ordered bulk lavender deal in April. Good plants

Delay on plants being sent out but once arrived they looked great specimens. Communication could be a bit faster too but guess time of the year

17/5 So far communication has been very poor. Lavenderworld redeem yourselves- answer my emails and give me an update please! If you cannot fulfil the order, just say so and refund.

22/5 Update- they have arrived today. Good quality, well packaged plants but I shouldn’t have had to chase as much as I did.
