I'm living in Ireland and finding it difficult to order a dress to come to my address on the main Lavish Alice site. In a panic I sent an email looking for help. Rachael at Lavish Alice got back to me within minutes and sent me the Irish site. All of this after hours. Absolutely brilliant customer service. Dress ordered and I will be returning xxx

She responded quickly, investigated thoroughly, and even managed to track down my returned item despite the company having changed hands. Instead of dismissing my request, she went the extra mile and arranged a gift voucher for me. Her professionalism and care made all the difference – excellent customer service!
