I sent back a dress that was too small (the sizing is wild). These dresses are very expensive, and this was a very considered purchase for graduation. The dress I sent back was received by them on the 3rd of July, it’s now the 24th which I think is an absolutely ridiculous amount of time to have to wait for a refund. Their policy states 3-14 working days. I’ve worked in retail all my life and 3 days max is standard. To hold onto significant amounts of money from people is unacceptable, but what is more unacceptable and frustrating is being told to expedite the refund by contacting their customer service email, which says it will get back to you in 24 hours. I’ve sent email after email with nothing back whatsoever.

I had a query on a return. Shannon was so quick to respond and resolved the issue for me within minutes. Super helpful and pleasant to deal with.

I had to return my outfit as it did not fit me. Amy from Lavish was super helpful and prompt. Appreciated the customer service as it is a crucial part of the buying experience.

The products received were of such high quality, but they just didn’t suit my body type unfortunately. On returning, I made an error by selecting one instead of both items. I contacted Lavish Alice via their web chat function and my issue was handled by Amy. She updated my return, and sent me my new postage label, all within minutes. Thank you!

I have been trying to email their customer service team for the last week to no avail. I am due a return of over £200 and have no update as to status. Really disappointed and will not be buying from again.

Great customer service after I returned an order and din't see funds in my account. Used the chat box on the website and Rachael responded very quickly and issued the refund immediately. Delays can happen but it was handled really well!

I was not happy with the cost of returning my orders ,as the postage cost seemed a lot when I could have put the two items into the one box
So after emailing and telling Lavish Alice how I felt
Simone very kindly said I would only be charged for returning one item not two

I ordered the most beautiful dress from Lavish Alice and the quality was fantastic. It was the perfect dress for my occasion and I got so many compliments. Unfortunately by the end of the night, several of the jewel pieces on the dress fell off and I reported this to the customer service team who were so helpful and organized a return for me despite the dress being worn and without tags. Amy was incredibly patient, kind and so prompt with helping in this situation, she made the entire process super easy and stress-free. Great customer service! Rachael, was extremely helpful in making a return, and had it all sorted within an hour or 2 with no issues or fuss.
