I ordered Lavish Alice dresses and items 3 times already, and every time I was very happy with quility and look of the items.

I especially enjoyed one of the black tie satin outfits, which looks gorgeous, and you can tell that the fabric is of very good quality. I also like how dresses (even wool dress) fit perfectly and accentuate the figure.

The last time I had some problems with the NL custom tax, but Rachael from "Lavish Alice" customer support provided me with help. With her involvement, the problem was brilliantly solved.

I can see why the dress I ordered was on sale for £70 down from £289 as it’s waaaay too small so I imagine it has been returned often. I didn’t even size down like the site told me to, my mother who is two dress size smaller than me and is a size 10 only 5’1ft couldn’t zip the dress up either. I’m normally a 14 but went with the 16 just to be sure but wow it’s insanely small. I wouldn’t care if I hadn’t been charged £3.50 delivery and then another £5.99 to return so I’ve basically paid to try on a dress that is not fit for purpose as the sizing is so off. I won’t be buying again

I’m so impressed with Lavish Alice. Their clothing feels like designer quality without the designer price tag. The cuts are flattering, the designs are modern and elegant, and the craftsmanship really stands out. I contacted their support once and received a quick and polite response within hours. You can tell they take real pride in what they create. Definitely my go-to for special outfits.

*update, they have responded hours later saying they still cannot give me a tracking number- avoid this company at all costs- their dresses are nice, but ultimately when it goes wrong they are extremely unhelpful and lie*
Unfortunately I ordered directly from Lavish Alice.
I ordered because of their well advertised speedy delivery.
I've bought Lavish Alice previously but through a 3rd party.
I paid and ordered for next day before 1pm delivery.
I recieved no update , even though I'd recieved a tracking number and expected delivery time from another company ordered at similar times.
I reached out to Lavish Alice and enquired if this had been dispatched as it was showing as NOT on the tracking, I requested for my order to be cancelled as the item is no use after today.
They refunded delivery, but unfortunately I am put of pocket as they will not cancel my order despite it not updating with shipped or a tracking number, with the expectation of me having to create a return when it does finally show
I'm out of pocket as I've had to replace the item from the high street, just before Christmas, this is totally unacceptable. I don't think I'd ever order from them again. I would advise anyone who requires an item for a specific date, not to use them.

As a company Lavish Alice are truly amazing! There was a mix up with my delivery and their customer service (Rachael) were great and really personable. (The mix up was my fault)

I’ll use them whenever possible! Worth the every penny!!

Had a great experience with Rachael in particular, great customer service.

After a bad start with the returns portal not working, Rachel put things right for me and I managed to return the dress via a different way. So thank you Rachel 😊
