Hey, I just ordered two products from your website and it says that transaction is failed but the needed money for the purchase is gone from my visa card. Can you check it, please? I know I paid the money but I,m not getting the purchase. At least return the money, please.

Ordered some white flatforms from Lavish Luxe. Looked great on the website. When they arrived the next day, they were very clumpy and ill-fitting. I decided to return them, using their printed return label, believing £2.50 would be deducted from my refund to cover the delivery. Once I received my refund, I noticed an extra deduction was taken for the original delivery price. So I had been charged twice for the cost of the original delivery. Customer services not great, they just pointed me to their policies. So, if ordering from this site, ensure you read their returns policy. I won’t be ordering again.

Worst customer service I have ever received I wouldn’t recommend this website to anyone. Waited weeks and weeks for a refund for Lavish Luxe to inform me that they hadn’t received my parcel!

Love my black wedges, quick delivery and customer service quickly resolved when i ordered a size 4 instead of 6, will be ordering again xx

Poor quality
No problem with ordering and delivery, however after wearing the shoes only a few times the front seam completely split and are now completely un-wearable. Not happy with the quality of the product at all.

Received my snake skin flatform espidrills the quality is really impressive , they look like they do on the pictures will definately be using this company again 5*

Boots are amazing quality for the price and were delivered next day with standard delivery. A* company would recommend.

Ordered shoes at 10 to 8 at night and they came the next morning with only standard delivery charge, was very impressed! The shoes are lovely will definitely be ordering again!!

I recently placed an order on LavishLuxe and took advantage of the offer of £9.99 boots! I won't lie, the price did concern me as I've always believe "you get what you pay for" but I thought I'd give it a go...
They arrived so so quckly, I think within 2 days of ordering them! And they really are such nice boots. I ordered 3 pairs, because I thought why the heck not at that price, and they are all lovely.
Unfortunately, I will only be keeping 1 pair of them, but that is only due to one pair being slightly tight across the top of my foot, and the other being a bit too high for me. There was nothing wrong with the quality at all, they're really really nice boots, especially for the price.
Will 100% order from LavishLuxe again and have recommended them to my friends!

Saw them on instagram and was sceptical but everything was ok - came on time and are reachable on social media or email. Bought a pair of boots in my usual size 4 which came up big - needed a size 3 but not in stock. They don't offer exchanges which is really frustrating and upon looking at their website they dont have much stock and in many sizes. Bit disappointing but the boots are lovely!!!

i was worried about buying from this site as it was unfamiliar to me, however i searched reviews and found them to be mostly positive, so i thought i would give it a go. I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered 3 pair of boots at a great price and they arrived the very next day. They were perfect, looked great and fitted perfectly. They looked exactly as the pictures did on the site. I would recommend this site to everyone. You can find boots that you cant find on the high street and at affordable prices. defo 10 out of 10.

I was very wary to order from a website I’ve never ordered from before. However,
I placed an order for some heels. They came by Royal Mail 48hrs. Amazing condition and the tracking is secure and so is the website.

I was skeptical about buying from an unheard of online company......I half expected my shoes not to turn up, or to be awful when they did arrive! However, I was very happily proven wrong! My boots arrived within 3 days, and were exactly as shown in the picture! I love them! And at only £25 they were a steal. And I haven't been able to find any like mine anywhere else at any cost! I will 100% be ordering from this company again.

Always a little reluctant to buy on line with an unfamiliar company. However, I was pleasantly surprised to receive my shoes on time and beautifully packaged too. Really good quality shoes at a great price and there's a wonderful selection available. I will definitely be making further purchases very soon.
