Bad support/toxic developer

I was a long-time user of lavish software until I needed help.
Joe Thaler who calls himself Lax is the developer and owner of Lavish Software. Unfortunately, he is also the point of contact for technical support, and that's where it all falls apart.

I reached out for help once in my many years of using this software, and he got upset with me because of how I described my issue.

Eventually after dealing with his insulting and toxic support he gave me very unclear and non-specific instructions "uninstall your extras" which could mean anything, UI mods, ACT, whatever.

I knew because of his hostile attitude he just didn't want to help me and that's fine so I gave it a few days then came back and asked for help again but this time with screenshots proving Joe Thaler was wrong about some things in hopes that maybe he calmed down or someone else would help me.

He derided me for coming back a 2nd time and then banned me from discord making it impossible for me to continue to get help.

I pay for this software and for this guy to act this way and to be so bothered that someone is asking for help is ridiculous.
