REVIEW FROM MY SPOUSE:
I cannot believe the absolute horror I experienced at Lavish Nail and Spa. Not only did the massage room resemble a dingy storage closet, but they had the audacity to move me to another room with blindingly bright lights, no proper cover for the massage table, and a so-called "service provider" who clearly had no idea how to give a massage. It was beyond unprofessional and easily the worst experience of my life. Despite my husband's explicit instructions to ensure my comfort, they utterly failed to deliver even basic standards of care. I am utterly disgusted and will never step foot in that place again, and I urge everyone I know to steer clear. It was a complete waste of time and money, and I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived.
NEVER EVER AGAIN AT THIS PLACE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE.
