Always try to support the local businesses, but this is out of line.

Ordered a Varta battery charger with a usb port. Received: Varta battery charger without a usb port.

Contacted customer service via telephone. Automated message saying because of Corona, no customer service phone line. Mhhh? Ok. So, write to customer service the man says.

I send an email to the non existent customer service with the address referenced in the ordrebekræftelse. Automated e-mail response saying this email is not in service. Mhh? Catch 22.

Your company sent me old stock and not what I paid for. This is a silly move. The boss must really be a smart guy, save a buck here save a buck there. But the bucks stops here for me.

I will not be a returning customer. Ciao, adios, adieux.

I ordered a V371 battery for my watch

I ordered a V371 battery for my watch. It arrived very quickly and so far I haven't had any problems with it. I don't really know how long it lasts given that I only ordered it a few weeks ago. Seems perfectly fine, though.
