This company are excellent and swift at actioning and remedying your kit for you when it breaks down. You are pretty much only without your kit for a few days. They look at it as soon as they receive it, they tell you the problem and, what they can do to help and the cost and once the invoice is paid it can sometimes be shipped the same day. The service is always friendly, professional and quick and also they always ensure they do it at the best cost to you.

These cameras are so expensive and they are absolute rubbish, plastic flimsy rubbish. They constantly stop working. DO NOT BUY.

After sending back their products numerous times because they ceased to work, I'm finally done! Into the bin they go!
My first purchase was the PV-500 Neo Pro. At first I was pleased with the product. The picture and audio was superb, then came the first problem. The recording would stop and a frozen image was displayed on the digital video recorder. This happened numerous times with my postage costs mounting up as the recorder went back and forth. I was finally offered a solution with thickened wiring on the camera and a recommended position to carry the recorder in use. During this time and having kept faith in the company I purchased the PV-WT20W watch. Again problems, problems, problems. The camera has gone blurry and the recorder is staying on after being switched off. Back to the PV-500 Neo Pro. It now gets stuck on the start up screen!
I've tried to keep the faith in these products. When they work, they work really well. The problem is the time they spend actually working is minimal. Lump hammer time and into the bin they go!
