While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Complete trust every step of the way!
This is the second time we’ve dealt with Lawson Rose, the first was buying the house through them and the second time selling. In both instances they went above and beyond!
Not only do they have a solid grasp on what it takes to sell a house, they have a deep understanding of the city.
I’ve sung their praises to anyone I’ve spoken to whilst selling our house and would strongly suggest anyone looking to do the same.
A massive thank you to Emma, Steve, Ryan, Daniel and the rest of the team!
Not accepting of those on low income
Whilst other letting agents will accept if you are under their minimum income requirements if you have a guarantor, these agents will not. To show we can afford an extra £100 rent we needed to prove we earn an extra £250. I asked for leniency as we weren't far off and we had a guarantor, as well all properties suitable for my health needs were the prices I enquired about and nothing out there for less. Instead of an understanding I got a rude response of "we have to go by facts". The country is in a housing crisis with more people becoming homeless or having to go into temporary accommodation, their policies were discriminatory in my opinion, and poor service. Another letting agent that I went with, where I panicked I would have the same outcome were shocked at these policies.
