Used Lawyers Online and Poppy advice twice now, on both occasions very easy to understand advice & explanations, complicated documents to sign were made easy, very efficient process - all done within a couple of days, and to top it off ….great communication - Thank you Poppy !

Required ILA for a property purchase. Clear instructions on what documents I needed to provide. Good choice of appointment times, My solicitor called me within a few minutes of the time stated. She was professional and appeared knowledgeable. The certificate arrived by email within 2 hours. Very happy with this service.

What stood out for me was the customer service. Poppy Houghton handled my JBSP Indepenant Legal Advice and I was impressed with the professionalism and despite the urgency of my situation, set me at ease and completed my appointment and sent out my signed documents for next day delivery to my conveyancer.

I used the online service for Director Personal Guarantee certificate and forms. The booking of video appointment was very clear with the right prompts and clarity on which documents needed to be uploaded by me. Plenty of appointments to choose from everyday. Booked and attended 30 mins later. Very prompts start to the appointment, clear advice and explained the process. I sent filled documents as special delivery, next day stamped documents were received via a scan and original posted to my lawyer. I couldn't complaint about any aspect from this service, considering my multiple experiences with lawyer as part of my property business. Thank you Poppy.

I was executing a personal guarantee on a UK mortgage loan from the US and needed a UK lawyer to provide the Independent Legal Advice letter as well as certification of the actual PG. Lawyers Online were cost efficient, easy to use (video call), and fast. And they worked directly with my mortgage counsel. All round it was a very straightforward process and I was pleased with the outcome. And then when I required a follow-up on the documents a few years later; they dealt with it free of charge and within 24 hours. Couldn't have asked for more.

There were immensely quick and efficient with the process, had a video appointment with Rosie the solicitor who was very kind and informative. The entire advice was done in only a couple of days and was grateful to the administration team as well for sorting all the documentation out.

I have used them before but this time they were awful. Ignored my 3 emails where I asked if they have sent all the documents to my solicitors. Not sure why, they had agreed to this, and now this ignorance. They need payment upfront but when it comes to the agreed work they do not meet your expectation.
I would hesitate to use them again. There are plenty of ILA solicitors available.
