Word "shyster" comes to mind

In my opinion, this company, Ferrer Poirot, disburses certain cases to other attorneys & yet they want to claim % of any settlement obtained. Also IF settlement is a minimal amount, they will NOT take a reduction in their fee. Case still lingering on & my complete settlement amount has NOT been received. I signed the settlement agreement over a year ago, & only received partial pay out. I am tired of people using current virus as excuse for not following up on issues, & not completing their jobs yet want to take full % on a minimal payout. I am one who suffered traumatic injury & daily pain for over a year BUT they want almost 1/2 of settlement amount. Consumer beware.
