I checked these reviews before ordering and was a bit nervous. taking a queue from another review i called ahead and spoke to Grant. all seemed well so i went ahead.

Grant arranged pick up, i just had to package up the tup.

Grant got the tub fixed, did a service and returned it as promised.

All in all im very happy i took the chance.

Fantastic communication from Grant. Collected my spa via DHL, repaired following day, dispatched back to me day after.
E02 code repaired and spa serviced. 👍

I had a punchers in my kayak and I got a repair kit off the website and I thought it wouldn't work but I was wrong the glue is strong stuff because it work and it was easy to fix the hole. I would recommend it to anyone don't go for the cheap stuff off amazon go for the stuff on website

Just had dealings with this company and the customer care was above and beyond the kits provided are better than the original parts

E02 problem is a pain but once you watch the video it makes sense to do your own repairs.

Hot tub repair kit purchased. arrives the next day. the puncture repair kit us far supieror to others i had tried that failed to repair my leak. this worked a treat.

Very affordable a fast repair. Collected my broken hot tub pump machine and came back serviced and repaired. No fuss!

Had my e02 error code repaired for my Lay-Z-spa, the hot tub was collected the nest day and came back super fast. the hot tub also now runs alot more silent. far cheaper than buying a new replacement.

It has been 5 months since I sent my Lazy Spa Egg to be repaired. Initially it was returned and it was clearly not our unit. Plus some really obvious O rings had not been replaced as they perished in my hand. These were meant to be changed as part of the service. They shipped it back at their cost. But on return, the unit immediately gushed water out of the bottom. It only took me 2 minutes to find the fault once I'd opened it up. Do not use this company. The only reason I have not given it 1 star is that they did always respond to requests and offered a £30 refund as a good will gesture. They sent me the part that was broken for me to fix at home. What a farce. I dont think they have come across the word "test".
