I bought this over 2 weeks ago still not received there website is not even there anymore I paid through clearpay payments are being taken without product I want a refund !! 😡

Absolute waste of money for the price of them!
They're not built good quality wise, but also the fact that it has broken after maybe a maximum of 15 uses.
The money the product costs for it to stop working after so little uses!
Don't waste your money, it has broken and i didn't see any benefits from using this product either.

According to Companies House, this company is in liquidation. However their website appears to be active. Do not purchase from them. The product only worked for a few months, they promised me a replacement over a month ago and have stopped responding to my emails. Don't waste your money.

Would not recommend burned myself with the hair removal and left a mark lucky its gone ask customer service to warrenty this item and let me send it back its only a few months old , they contacted me ask ask me for my order details since weeks i never heard back used the device a few months had no difference on my hair grow at all only that it burned me!!!!! Still get ignored what a waist on money ! So disapointed with everything i cant even find words just want my money back and return this useless device!

That product is a rip off, useless, not worth a penny, in any currency. Not £80, not recommended at all, no stars for that.

On the one hand, I did get my device and a 10% discount, as it certainly wasnt a 24hr delivery.. more likely 2weeks.. however, my emails were answered contemporaneously, and politely...
Also, I'm not 100% certain the device works as promised...
I'm of an age, whereby upper lip hair is embarrassing, so bought this just to deal with this little annoyance.. I'm not sure its happened!.. have had the device for about 6months (maybe more!) Using it regularly, every 2weeks or so, had hoped that by now, I'd not be needing too... but hey, ho, I am.. thankfully it only takes a few minutes!.. maybe I'm not doing it right??? Who knows?

So... I think 3stars is probably fair;
1... I've got my device
2... I got a discount as it was not a 24hr delivery
3... I'm not sure it works as advertised, but then does anything....

Please don’t buy! I got burned and scarred!

I have the photos and emails to prove this. The funny thing is when I wrote on here where the company owners were located in the U.K., it got flagged by the owners and deleted as it was their information. Despite it being available on companies house … so they are looking at all these awful reviews but still selling enough to just hope that the people buying have not seen them. I implore you don’t buy a product that could leave you burned and scarred with not even a reply from the company. They flat out ignored me- RUN!!!!!

So I used the laser once, second time I’ve come to use it, it didn’t flash against my skin at all. Also starting flashing in my face and I wasn’t even touching the button. I contacted them through email and all I got was like an “auto email” saying “ sorry it’s not working, you have to plug it in!!!” Multiple times I tried to tell them what happened and just get the same patronising email reply. Furious, don’t have time for this or the stress.

Awful stressful experience. Same as the other hundreds of posters- ordered something months ago next day delivery, never arrived. Never heard a peep from this "company" for 8 weeks until finally clearpay refunded me, and they weren't very helpful either and I had to call them multiple times demanding a refund. Won't use either of them ever again

This is 100% a con. I ended up emailing training standards. They told me to request a changeback with my bank. some banks do this and some dont. Got my refund straight away, should have done that at the beginning instead of waiting months.

Absolutely fuming. I ordered, with 'next day delivery,' on 23rd Aug. I work away a lot so after a couple of weeks got in contact, and was told that they were having 'problems with supply partners'. They did actually send a device out to me after I complained. The device I received, was the wrong colourway and was faulty. The power isn't getting to the device. Contacted customer support and got a really unhelpful, condescending reply, on how to use the device. Well, it would be great if the device was bloody well not faulty!. I replied saying that I wasn't asking for them to regurgitate the manual, and that the device was clearly faulty. Two months later I had no response. Ended up reporting to Klarna, but I had actually paid for the piece of trash, before it arrived. Klarna are now investigating, and today was meant to be the deadline. I also facebook messaged laziskin and got no reply. Then, I got a mysterious email in my inbox. three emails later and they are saying I have to video myself trying to use the device before they will refund me. I sent a furious email back, saying that I work away from home, I'm not scheduled to be home for 2 weeks, and this is unnecessary, and complete rubbish. They told me they are under new management. Well management, needs to pull its finger out of its backend, and do its bloody job! Absolute waste of time and energy.

Same story as other reviews - ordered on the 21st Sept, promised Royal Mail next day delivery, never received my goods.

Laziskin were replying to my emails but when I asked for a refund, I received no reply to my emails, website contact form and Messenger communications.

I've paid via Klarna in 3 instalments, luckily only one payment has been taken. I've reported it to Klarna, they have paused my next payments but they aren't very helpful either!

I’d give a 0 if I could. Ordered directly through laziskin. The shipping was 24hour Royal Mail so should have received it the next day. That was the 20th September. My item still hasn’t arrived, despite emailing over and over again. All I get is a generic ‘we’re having troubles with out shipping partners’ and ‘as a good will gesture we’ll give you 10% off’ (which they haven’t). Despite asking for a refund five or six times they’ve stopped replying to emails and there’s doesn’t seem to be a number to call. Avoid at all costs

Ordered this 5 weeks ago. Ive sent numerous emails & facebook messges. All ignored, i paid via klarna, so i have to wait for their decision before im refunded 😬
Laziskin have emailed me today saying they are under new management, they are sorry & they will refund ‘if i want a refund’ I absolutely do want a refund-when ill get it is a different story i guess!!

DO NOT BUY of this company. They are a scam. Take money and do not send goods. Dozens of emails sent and no reply and now can’t get through on messenger. Either been blocked or they have closed down there page.

Still awaiting refund money from order sent back weeks ago.

I spent £90 with them and returned my order unused and unopened and I STILL have not received my money back!

Unsure what to do - I have tried contacting them but they are ignoring me.

I’d really appreciate someone’s help if they have any advice in what to do :(

Don’t use total scam, I have all details of the company and others with details if anyone needs it.

Shouldn’t be even having 1 star, ordered back in September no product no refund. Absolutely disgusting, no contact same as everyone else just at the beginning saying there having problems it’s not good enough it’s people’s money being taken 😡😡

SCAM!! This is a scam. Do not order anything from this company. I placed my order on 15/10 with them advertising 24-48 hrs delivery. I never received the order and contacted the company via email number of times with no response except of automatic email promising response within 24-48 hours. I have been ignored and never received any response from them. There is no contact number and no way to get in touch with them except of the email which is being ignored. I've contacted my bank and dispute is currently in progress. Will also be contacting Trading Standards and Citizens Advice. Their website should be taken down and Shop app should block them from using their website. Absolutely disgusting 😤

So disappointed. I believe this is a scam. I have not received the product however my money has been taken. After sending emails and asking for a refund I am still yet to hear anything.
