Do not recommend purchasing a car from this garage.
Few complications during the sale - nothing major. Car was sold with aircon however it didn’t work, was taken to their garage and “fixed”. Job wasn’t completed and was told to go through warranty which I also purchased with them. Then told the aircon isn’t covered under warranty and L&B Motors refused to help.
Extremely rude on the phone and no customer service skills.

My car wouldn't start, Luke sorted me an appointment quickly and when he arrived he diagnosed the problem quickly sourced the part and had it up and running again in an hour, all for a great price. Highly recommended.
I took my 3 series Bmw convertible to Lee, as it was not working properly, I’d already taken it to a local so called specialist who basically charged me £360 for fitting a new battery & not the problem. He informed me it would cost about £1400 to fix it. Lee had the car for an hour or so, & sussed out that the problem was 2 burnt out relays @ a cost of £13 each, he had the job done including a service by the next day. This man is a legend in my opinion, & as honest as you can get, I would highly recommend him to anyone & everyone, thank you so much Lee.
