LCE first established itself in Bristol on Baldwin Street in the 1970s, becoming well known as a trusted dealer in new and used equipment. In 1993 a second LCE branch opened on The Horsefair, and in 2021 moved its Bristol shop to a new location on the picturesque Park Street. I am one of probably tens of millions of people with family slides and negatives which can be brought to amazing life with a film scanner. LCE helped me decide which model to buy from them, now I have over 250 images and counting from the 1960s onwards which can be enhanced, cropped, zoomed-in-on and emailed around the planet, illuminating details in ways unimaginable when the photo was taken. This makes a fantastic and extremely affordable and engaging project for anyone with older parents. Experts like LCE must be supported. Update! I think I have finished this project - a total of 909 colour slides and colour and B&W negatives from 1966 to 2005 now safely on computers, SD cards and memory sticks. Even standard computers have editing facilities which have made a massive difference to some images - you may gasp at what can be done. This money I spent with LCE may have been the best money I have spent in decades. When in the market for anything LCE sells, please buy from them.

Z6 & Lens Kit Very good Value
Review of the purchase of the Z6 with lens
Very pleased , Both camera and lens appear to be in very condition. Of course the camera and lens have moved on , however to use as a camera the quality is very good.
Only small issue has been this company has moved to DHL and it seems to me a niggle with having the Pin code supplied .
