Straight forward process from start to finish, with excellent and prompt communication. My order was received when expected and I was very happy with my purchase.

After looking at your stock sale, it was good to see Lee Filters lens adapters on your list. As I had meant to add a missing size to complete my needs the offer was worth investigating. The size required was on your list, so an order was placed and delivery received very quickly. Ordering and payment method was easy to follow, with no problems. I was kept updated during the following days, until delivery.

Shout out to the two guys at the Reading branch. They were happy to let me play with the camera taking various photos and playing with the controls. They were able to answer my questions. The only reason I bought online is because they didn't have the lens I wanted in the store.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the London Camera Exchange. Delivery was impressively quick, and their customer service truly went above and beyond. Shortly after placing my order, I received a friendly call informing me that the camera I had chosen was the last one available in my preferred colour. They explained that the box had a slight scuff, and, as a thoughtful gesture, they included a complimentary box of Polaroid film.

All went well except that the delivery company left the box by the side door when we were out (with a picture of it there) rather than a picture of someone taking it with an open door which is what LCE said would be the case. At least the delivery company left it by the side door rather than the front door which is close to the street.
