Excellent enrolment and customer service
My experience with the admissions and enrolment process has been very positive. The staff responded quickly to my questions on WhatsApp, explained the payment options clearly, and even offered me a discount on the first payment. My enrolment was completed on the same day, and I received my student portal login details promptly. I have just started the TQUK Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care, so I cannot comment on the course itself yet, but the customer service and support during registration have been excellent.
